Yes, the PetChoice Atlas is designed specifically for multi-cat homes. The built-in AI camera identifies individual cats and can dispense customized portions for each cat, ensuring fair and tailored feeding without collars or tags.

How long does setup take?

Setup takes about 10-15 minutes, including unboxing, physical assembly, app download, Wi-Fi configuration, and cat profile creation.

How do I clean the feeder?

Detach the food tray and hopper, wash them with mild soap and warm water, and dry thoroughly before reassembly. Do not submerge or wash the electronic components. Refer to our cleaning guide for detailed instructions.

Where can the feeder be shipped?

Currently, we ship within the United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available at this time.

What phones are compatible?

The app requires iOS 12+ or Android 8+. The feeder itself works independently of phone compatibility once configured.
